What to Include
For an order or delivery question, include:
· your order number;
· the email address used at checkout;
· the recipient name and delivery country; and
· a concise description of the question.
For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and item. Keep the packaging until the case has been reviewed.
For a product question, include the product name or URL and the specific material, size, fit or care detail you would like confirmed.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Returns
Read the Shipping & Returns policy before sending an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
