Depending on how you use the store, we may collect:

- order and transaction information, such as the products selected, size or customisation instructions, order status, return history and payment status;

- device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referral information and interactions collected through cookies, pixels or similar technologies where enabled;
- account, preference and marketing information, such as saved preferences and consent choices; and
- information required to prevent fraud, protect the store and comply with legal obligations.
Payment card information is processed by Shopify and the selected payment provider. VouSseka generally does not receive the complete card number.
Please do not send health information, financial account credentials or other sensitive personal information that is not necessary for an order or support request.

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from Shopify and enabled store services, and from service providers involved in payment, fraud prevention, delivery, returns, analytics or customer support.

- provide sizing, customisation, return and customer-support services;
- communicate order, delivery, policy and service updates;
- maintain store security, detect fraud and prevent misuse;
- improve website functionality, product information and customer experience;
- measure store performance and, where permitted and consented to, provide relevant marketing;
- comply with tax, accounting, customs, legal and regulatory obligations; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

- Shopify, which hosts the store and provides commerce, security and related services;
- payment processors and fraud-prevention providers;
- delivery carriers, customs agents and return-logistics providers;

- analytics, advertising or marketing providers where those services are enabled and permitted by your consent choices;
- government authorities, regulators, courts or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; and
- a successor in a lawful merger, financing, reorganisation or transfer of the business, subject to applicable notice and protection requirements.
Service providers are authorised to process information only for the services they provide and as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

VouSseka does not sell personal information for money. Depending on the analytics, advertising and Shopify services enabled for the store, certain disclosures may be treated as “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some United States privacy laws.
Where required, you can use the store’s Data Sharing Opt-Out page or a recognised Global Privacy Control signal to exercise an opt-out. The availability of these controls depends on your location and the store’s enabled customer-privacy settings. VouSseka will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The store and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions, preferences, analytics, security and, where enabled, advertising. In regions where consent is required, non-essential technologies should operate according to the choices recorded through the cookie banner.
You can update available choices through the cookie banner or privacy settings displayed on the store. Browser controls may also block or delete cookies, but this can affect store functionality.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary according to the record, the applicable law and whether an account or transaction remains active.
When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised or securely retained where deletion is not immediately possible.

VouSseka operates from Hong Kong and uses service providers that may process information in other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, appropriate contractual or other safeguards are used for an international transfer.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to personal information, receive a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising.
